SENIOR ARCHITECT - AWARD WINNING PRACTICE - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client is a multi- award winning architectural practice offering
PM & Interior services too and working on some of Ireland&#**Apply on
the website**;s greatest landmarks.
Reporting directly to the directors you will be the second lead
architect on multi-million euro projects
Your work will be varied and you will be dealing with a wide variety
of projects, both managing, and designing.
Responsible for the production of design solutions including drawings,
schedules, technical submittals & other documentation required in an
agreed time frame and will Liaise with the Client, Construction Team
and other stakeholders
as required to ensure a smooth handover of the design package to the
construction team.
Liaise with Client Design Team to bring clarity to the scope of
deliverables.
Generate and Manage Document and Drawing output.
Generate and manage technical submittals and schedules.
Organize and Co-Ordinate constructability reviews with the Project
Team
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 8+ years&# *; post-graduate
experience is required with an ability to work within a
highly-motivated team.
Experience in a client-facing role is desired. The successful
applicant will be working under the directors and
will be involved in leading the design process and will be the daily
point of contact on their projects for client and design teams.
Excellent knowledge of Building Regulations and Development Standards.
BIM modeling experience is preferred.
